Wal-Mart Counsel to Address Global E-Commerce Trends at Corporate Counsel’s General Counsel Conference West Coast
10th Annual GC West Coast event slated for October 30-31 in San Francisco
NEW YORK – October 23, 2012 – Joel Lamp, senior associate general counsel for global e-commerce at Wal-Mart, will deliver the keynote address at the 10th Annual General Counsel Conference West Coast on October 30-31, 2012, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Francisco. The event is hosted each year by ALM’s Corporate Counsel magazine.
Lamp’s keynote address, “A Look at eCommerce Trends Domestically and around the Globe,” will provide attendees with an overview of Wal-Mart’s initiatives in eCommerce and its effect on the traditional retail store, as well as a discussion of important privacy, security and compliance requirements.
