The American Lawyer’s 3rd Annual New Partner Forum 2013, Unique Event for New Law Firm Partners, Set for November 5-6 in New York City
NEW YORK – October 17, 2013 – The American Lawyer and ALM Events, a leading producer of educational and networking events for legal and business professionals, will host The 3rd Annual New Partner Forum on November 5-6, 2013, at the offices of Proskauer LLP in New York City.
The unique two-day event was designed by and for law firm partners who were just admitted to their firm’s partnerships within the last three years. The forum features an expert faculty – led by two Harvard professors and three general counsel from major corporations – who will help attendees develop high-level leadership, management and client service skills. It will also provide ample opportunity for peer networking and social interactions.
The keynote dinner speaker on November 5th will be Brackett Denniston, senior vice president and general counsel of General Electric Company. Other prominent faculty members include: Heidi Gardner, professor of organizational behavior at Harvard Business School; Scott Westfahl, director of executive education at Harvard Law School; Peter Beshar, executive vice president and general counsel at Marsh & McLennan Companies; and Matthew Biben, general counsel for consumer and community banking at JPMorgan Chase.
