Real Estate Forum Announces 2013’s “45 Under 40”
Young Leaders of the Commercial Real Estate Industry
NEW YORK – Oct. 30, 2013 – ALM’s Real Estate Forum, the leading national publication of the commercial real estate industry, has announced its selection of “45 Under 40” outstanding young leaders. Chosen from a variety of industry disciplines, specialties and geographic regions, they share the key criteria of talent, ambition and success at an early age.
“Among the more than 450 names submitted for our annual roster of ‘40 Under 40’ – a record number – so many had accomplished so much in their short careers that it was impossible to narrow the pool fairly, so we upped the list to 45 entries,” said Sule Aygoren, Editor-in-Chief of Real Estate Forum and its sister digital-only publication GlobeSt.com. “In this era of meritocracy and growth, with few barriers to entry or advancement, the industry is getting more diverse and younger.”
