For Third Straight Year, The Boston Consulting Group Ranks No. 1 on Consulting’s Best Firms to Work For List
Navigate repeats as No. 1 on the Best Small Firms to Work For list
NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2016—ALM’s Consulting Magazine has announced that The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is the No. 1 consulting firm on its annual Best Firms to Work For ranking. This marks the third straight year atop the survey rankings for BGC, which is the only firm to appear on the list every single year since the survey debuted in 2001. In fact, BCG has never been ranked outside the Top 5.
In 2016, BCG outpaced the competition among the six facets of employee satisfaction the survey measures: Firm Culture, Career Development, Compensation & Benefits, Client Engagement, Firm Leadership and Work/Life Balance. The complete survey findings are published in the September issue of Consulting magazine and on www.consultingmag.com.
“There’s simply no denying that BCG is the very best consulting firm to work for right now. The numbers don’t lie—the firm’s been ranked No. 1 three years running and has never been ranked outside the Top 5. Simply astounding,” says Consulting’s Publisher and Editor-in-Chief Joseph Kornik. “That level of consistency is very difficult to achieve, but BCG has done it again. BCG leadership deserves plenty of credit for the firm’s success.”
In addition to BCG, the 2016 Best Firms to Work For are (in alphabetical order): CapTech, Collaborative Consulting, Collaborative Solutions, Huron Consulting Group, KPMG, L.E.K. Consulting, NTT Data, Pariveda Solutions, Point B, Protiviti, PwC, RSM, Slalom Consulting and West Monroe Partners. Meanwhile, two former winners with new brands—NTT Data (formerly Carlisle & Gallagher) and RSM (formerly McGladrey)—are also making their debut.
