New York, NY – Sept. 18, 2017— American Law Journal Television, along with The American Lawyer Executive Editor Gina Passarella won two Emmy® awards from The National Academy of Television: Mid-Atlantic Chapter on Saturday, September 9th at the chapter’s 35th annual gala, held in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The two Emmys® were awarded for programming excellence as best Interview/Discussion Series for 2016-2017 and best Politics/Government Program/Special for reporting on redistricting, “Gerrymandering: Why We’re Mad at Washington.”

The show was nominated for Emmys® for two other programs, including one that examined pay equality in the legal profession, based on an in-depth series on the subject by ALM.

The NATAS Mid-Atlantic Chapter is comprised of 45 stations with 17 network affiliates and five PBS stations including the nation’s fourth and twenty-third largest television markets.
