Bizar, Executive Shareholder, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, considered among the top five percent of attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania, has decades of experience representing clients in complex business disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels throughout the country. Mr. Bizar appears regularly in trial and appellate courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, from major cities to rural counties. Thomas P. Manning, Shareholder, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, handles complex business disputes in federal and state trial and appellate courts both locally and throughout the country and has broad experience with motion practice in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Anita B. Brody of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
