Spencer Markle is a veteran trial lawyer with more than 30 years of litigation experience, including more than 100 jury trials, and has handled more than 100 dram shop cases from both sides of the docket. Markle litigated the seminal case, FFP Operating Partners v. Duenez, as well as the reported cases of Cianci v. M. Till, Inc., Davis v. RPoint5 Ventures and Wilson v. KWG. His unique perspective is shaped from having tried and obtained more than a dozen “zero verdicts” representing dram shop defendants and three verdicts of more than $1 million each while representing plaintiffs in dram shop wrongful death actions.
