Spencer Markle is a veteran trial lawyer with more than 30 years of litigation experience, including more than 100 jury trials, and has handled more than 100 dram shop cases from both sides of the docket. Markle litigated the seminal case, FFP Operating Partners v. Duenez, as well as the reported cases of Cianci v. M. Till, Inc., Davis v. RPoint5 Ventures and Wilson v. KWG.
