The Folio: 100 list recognizes C-Level visionaries, Senior Executives, The Strategists to The Creators, and media professionals for the tangible impact they’ve had in their jobs, on their companies and brands, or on the industry at large. The award reflects the innovation and commitment and excellence of tens of thousands of magazine media professionals.

“Folio: 100 recognizes top leaders in the media industry and it is only fitting that both Jay and Lisa be included in this esteemed group,” said Bill Carter, President, and CEO at ALM. Additionally, Kirsch has led his team to develop improved time to market with new features and innovative new products that allow ALM’s readers to access and engage in areas of law across various publications as well as industries.

Helem has been the driving force behind The National Law Journal and its special features including the NLJ 500, the Appellate and Pro Bono hot lists and the Washington Litigation Departments of the Year. Since being named editor-in-chief in 2017, Helem has spearheaded the NLJ magazine’s coverage on the federal judiciary, the Trump White House and other topics. She has also engaged with fellow lawyers in Washington and beyond to ensure that their insights and practice priorities are reflected in NLJ coverage. Complementing her editorial role, Helem continues to be a sought-after speaker at legal industry events on diversity and inclusion around the country.
