ALM’s Consulting® Magazine Names EY’s Robert Patton as Lifetime Achievement Award Winner for 2018
Patton to be honored at Consulting’s Awards Dinner on June 14 in New York
NEW YORK – June 4, 2018 – ALM’s Consulting magazine has announced that EY’s Robert Patton is this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, a new award presented annually to a consulting leader who demonstrated accomplishments that are extraordinary, widely recognized, and of positive and lasting quality over the course of a consulting career.
Patton, Americas Vice Chair of Accounts at EY, leads the firm’s growth strategy by engaging 71,000 people to drive top line growth and propel the EY brand in the market. Previously, Patton served as EY Americas Vice Chair of Advisory Services where he helped clients improve performance, manage risk and transform industries. During that time, he helped grow the practice from $1.5 billion in revenue with 6,000 consultants to $5 billion in revenue and 16,000 consultants. He also oversaw more than 25 strategic acquisitions.
“Consulting has given me amazing experiences to work on the most challenging problems, with some of the brightest people on a global stage,” Patton said. “I have been fortunate to work with and learn from incredibly talented people and not just colleagues at work, but clients as well.”
Earlier in his career, Patton spent 10 years with Ernst & Young serving on its North American Executive Committee providing leadership to fast-growing, high-performing businesses within EY’s North American portfolio before joining Cap Gemini EY (CGEY).
