Michelle joined ALM in 2016 as a data analyst. Prior to joining ALM, Michelle worked for the Kantar Group of companies for 11 years at Millward Brown and Kantar Operations. In her final position at Millward Brown as Senior Manager of Research Design and Management, Michelle was responsible for designing and managing local and global research projects from start to finish, including research and questionnaire design, field management, data analysis and data delivery. She is well-versed in copy testing, ad hoc, conjoint, brand tracking and equity research in the consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, and pharmaceutical categories. Michelle has a B.S. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
