Matthew’s research focuses on Operations and HR Benefits research. Previously, he has worked as an Associate and Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, providing management consulting services for public sector clients, including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and others. Matthew was responsible for providing strategy and organizational support to public sector clients, including long-term forecasting and change management. He also provided manpower assessment support to Army clients, streamlining human capital and financial facets of key organizations. Matthew received an M.A. in Security Policy Studies from George Washington University. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Susquehanna University.
