Diane joined ALM in 2017 as a Research Manager. Prior to joining ALM, Diane worked within the Kantar Group of companies for 20 years at Millward Brown and Kantar Operations.In her most recent role as Senior Manager, Research Design and Management at Millward Brown, Michelle was responsible for designing and managing local and global research projects from start to finish, including research and questionnaire design, field management and data delivery. She is well versed in copy testing, ad hoc, conjoint, brand tracking and equity research in the consumer packaged goods, finance, beverage, and food service categories. Michelle has a B.S. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
