Each year, ALM and Law.com Compass conduct our Mental Health Survey of the Legal Profession, tracking the well-being of lawyers and staff at law firms of any size, anywhere in the world. The 2023 Mental Health and Substance Abuse Survey received input from more than 2,900 respondents. This survey was administered online in March and April 2023. Survey invitations were sent to lawyers and professional staff at law firms of all sizes across the globe.
