Sales Coordinator – National Ad Sales
ALM Media seeks a detail oriented, energetic, and bright individual to work full time as a Sales Coordinator to support our national advertising sales team. This position is responsible for managing a wide variety of administrative duties within our sales department. The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the VP National Advertising, while supporting multiple national sales teams on a daily basis. Interest in and familiarity with event sponsorship, print and online advertising sales is a plus.
Major functions of this role include supporting multiple members of the sales team by providing assistance with general administrative duties. Some specific responsibilities include: running reports to help track the sales process, assisting in the writing of sales proposals, working with the sales reps to create customer presentations, arranging travel details, assembling media kits and filing expense reports. Additional assistance for special projects will be required.
This position requires a strong ability to multi-task as well as frequent and clear communication with sales staff. Regular communication with other departments and customers/clients will also be required. The ability to identify and drive process improvements while tending to daily tasks is crucial.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- College degree
- Proficiency in and/or contributes to sales forecasting, including maintaining accurate and complete information in
Oracle CRM on Demand, estimating sales pipeline probabilities, and compiling information into regular reports as requested.
