Categories include “IT Director of the Year,” “IT Champion of the Year” and “IT Consultant of the Year,” as well as “Most Innovative Use of Technology” in a trial, a law firm, a law department and for pro bono projects. In addition, LTN subscribers can now vote online for LTN Vendor Awards in 25 categories here. Gold, silver and bronze winners in each of the vendor categories will be selected online by LTN’s readers. The vendor voting closes November 15, 2009.

“Members of our legal technology community – IT, attorneys, paralegals, litigation support teams — are often unsung heroes. The LTN Awards spotlight the accomplishments of individuals, teams, firms, and law departments, recognizing innovation and determination, especially in this last year of economic turmoil,” said Bay. “Our new category, Lifetime Achievement, provides the opportunity to acknowledge the leaders who have excelled on all of our behalf.”
