ALM Expands Senior Leadership Team, Organization Focused on Customers and Transformation
Carol Eversen Joins ALM as Chief Marketing Officer, and Jay Kirsch Joins as President of Media
New York, NY—October 31, 2016— ALM has appointed Jay Kirsch as President of Media and Carol Eversen as Chief Marketing Officer to support the company’s growth goals and digital transformation.
In this new role, Mr. Kirsch will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy for all media brands. He will partner with cross-functional ALM teams to launch new content and marketing solutions designed to meet the needs of customers and advertisers across the industries ALM serves.
Ms. Eversen will be responsible for leading ALM’s integrated marketing team to set marketing strategy and execute on business growth initiatives.

Mr. Kirsch has a strong background in digital media, sales, technology, and scaling media businesses to win in digital. He previously worked with companies such as QVC, The Dallas Morning News and Philadelphia Media News to develop digital product strategies. Mr. Kirsch was also President of AOL’s Business, Automotive and Technology group where he led digital brands such as TechCrunch, Engadget, Autoblog and Daily Finance.
Ms. Eversen’s background includes sales, marketing and P&L management expertise developed through a series of leadership positions at AT&T, MasterCard and LexisNexis. Her recent focus has been in the advertising and marketing technology sector, leading client services, brand development, business-to-business marketing, and consumer marketing organizations.
