In 1997, U.S. Equity Partners acquired the legal publishing division of American Lawyer Media, L.P. and the National Law Publishing Company, creating the nation's largest legal journalism organization. Since that time, the company has expanded through the start-up of new publications and ventures, as well as acquisitions, before being purchased in 2007 by Incisive Media. |
