Speaking and Sponsorship Opportunities

An ALM speaking sponsorship positions your rainmakers as thought leaders and provides your firm or organization the opportunity to engage face-to-face with potential clients and to solidify relationships with your current clients.

Speaking sponsors serve on a panel of industry leaders, which means you will align your management with the most influential members of the legal community. For our Corporate Counsel series, panelists are often general counsel from top corporations, while at our Law Firm Leadership Forum series, panelists are managing partners hailing from leading law firms. You can also design your own, unique session and panelist roster with the guidance of our seasoned conference producers.

Our conferences are marketed extensively through integrated print and online campaigns that include your company or firm’s logo. Each speaking sponsor also receives an exhibit table and additional passes to the event to invite colleagues and clients.

The greatest value of our conferences is the relationships forged through on-site collaboration. After the event, we will provide you with the attendee list so that you can follow-up with prospects and leads.

In addition to speaking sponsorships, we offer opportunities to sponsor cocktail receptions, luncheons, breaks and a host of merchandising, such as nametag lanyards, binders and bags.

Comparison of Webinar Packages

Webinars: Best Practices

Content Development Guidelines

  • Choose a subject and create a presentation that is highly informative and engaging. Feel free to use research or case studies where appropriate.
  • The Webinar should educate the audience on the latest issues in your specific field.
  • The Webinar can focus on issues specific to your industry and offer solutions to specific problems.

Registration Page Guidelines

Decide what information will be required on the registration page. You may choose to have some,
instead of all, of the fields required or craft custom questions to capture specific registrant data.

Keep in mind, the shorter the registration process, the better the turnout. For this reason, Law.com provides a maximum of three custom questions in addition to the standard 13 data fields.

Marketing Campaign Guidelines

To promote the Webinar event, all creative must have:

  • The specific date and time of the Webinar event.
  • A call-to-action to compel targeted registrants to click from the email in order to register for the event.

Event Guidelines

  • Include up to three outside panelists to present at your Webinar event. Well-known panelists will not only help to drive traffic to your event, but reinforce your brand. Panelists may be customers or industry specialists.
  • Do not focus on your latest products and services during the entire presentation. Think of the Webinar as a way to reinforce your company’s brand or thought leadership, not as a product demo.
  • Consider having a Q&A session with the audience after the event to spur further discussion and interest. Polls and surveys can also be incorporated into your event for audience interaction.
