Rodenhauser directs all business activities for ALM’s consulting unit and manages ALM’s advisory business, providing strategic planning services to companies in professional services.



Prior to ALM, he founded and operated Consulting Information Services, LLC, an independent advisory practice to the management consulting and IT services industries. Earlier in his career, he helped develop and execute the marketing and communication strategies for several Fortune 500 companies, including Electrolux, The Limited and Bob Evans Farms, Inc.

Ryles leads the ALM Financial Intelligence unit, including sales, product development and strategic planning.



He joined Judy Diamond Associates in 2003 as assistant researcher and has since held roles of increasing responsibility and leadership. In his 12 years with Judy Diamond Associates, the company has doubled its revenue per employee. Ryles has overseen the creation and launch of several new products, including the implementation of “Gold” versions of the existing products that led to the group’s first million-dollar product line.
